Brandsmart Nunawading One of Australia's first premium factory outlet centres was a joint venture development designed by leading retail architects The Buchan Group. The Centre was 70% pre-leased prior to commencement of construction and opened in November 1999. The tenants consisted of 49 international and national retailers. With a passing net rent of $3.57m, the centre was sold for $38m in January 2003.


RACV Crash Repair Centre Mitcham Was a joint venture with one of Melbourne's prominent builders. The land was secured and a pre-lease to the RACV for a purpose built Crash Repair Centre was negotiated. It was both pre-leased and pre-sold prior to the commencement of construction for an end value of $5m.


Westport Business Park Port Melbourne Is located in Lorimer St, Port Melbourne, directly opposite the Yarra River comprising an office/laboratory centre for Inchcape Testing Services, with a further 5 office/warehouse facilities, this project had an end value of $7.7M.
