"Southridge" Gympie This land subdivision in one of the Sunshine Coast's fastest growing towns consisted of 144 residential lots offered for sale as land or house/land packages with some of Queensland's major builders. The development has the reputation of one of Gympie's more prestigious land subdivisions.


Peregian Springs Sunshine Coast Two parcels of land were purchased from the developer FKP for subdivision. One was undertaken in a joint venture - in all 45 lots were subdivided with a number of these premium Golf Course frontage lots. Lots were offered with unique house designs by a local architect or with designs by a number of national and local builders.


"The Ridges" Cooran This rural land subdivision of 28 acreage lots nestled in the Noosa Heads Hinterland offers a unique environmental estate with its own lake and walking trails. A substantial park was included in the subdivision in conjunction with the Noosa Council. Lots range in size for 1 to 5 acres.
